At Homemade by Jagruti, we take pride in delivering fresh and authentic sweets directly from Surat to your doorstep. Since our products are handmade and perishable, we follow strict shipping practices to maintain freshness and quality.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across major cities in India.
  • International shipping is available on request for certain product categories. Please contact us for details.

Processing Time

  • All orders are freshly prepared after confirmation.
  • Processing time: 1–2 working days before dispatch.
  • During festive seasons like Chandani Padva, Diwali, and Raksha Bandhan, processing may take longer due to high demand.

Shipping Categories

1. Surti Ghari (Signature Sweet)

  • Packed in airtight, food-safe containers to preserve freshness.
  • Delivered via express courier to ensure the product reaches you within 2–4 days of dispatch.
  • Recommended to consume within the shelf life mentioned on the packaging.

2. Other Homemade Sweets (Mohanthal, Laddus, Barfis, etc.)

  • Prepared fresh and securely packed.
  • Delivery within 3–5 days of dispatch depending on location.
  • Fragile items like barfi are double-sealed to avoid breakage.

3. Bulk Orders & Festive Packs

  • Requires pre-booking at least 5–7 days in advance.
  • Shipped in customized packaging to handle larger quantities.
  • Ideal for weddings, festivals, and gifting purposes.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 2–4 working days.
  • Other cities: 3–7 working days.
  • Remote locations may take longer depending on courier availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available on special promotions or bulk orders.

Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/email.
  • In case of delays, you can contact us directly for assistance.
