Cancellation & Refunds Policy
At Homemade by Jagruti, every sweet is freshly prepared to order. Since our products are perishable, we have a strict but fair cancellation and refund policy to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly on WhatsApp or through our website.
- Once the preparation process has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
- In case of successful cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of sweets, refunds will not be issued for taste preferences or change of mind.
- Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product is damaged during transit.
- Your order is not delivered due to our error.
- To request a refund, you must provide photo or video proof within 24 hours of receiving the product.
No Refund Cases
- Delay caused by incorrect delivery address or customer unavailability.
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery.
